How do I know if my Order was shipped already?

You need to manually request the Order events via our API. See GET events.

Special Orders

Can I order unprinted textiles with the API?

To order unprinted textiles, please use the printing_type 0. In this case, the fields positions.images.side, positions.images.image_url and positions.images.preview_url are not mandatory.
